On the afternoon of February 13, 2023, Li Rui, Member of the Standing Committee of the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Zunyi Municipal Party Committee, led a Zunyi Municipal Party and Government delegation to inspect the headquarters of HEC Group. Zhang Yushuai, chairman of the group, Tang Xinfa, director and general manager of the group, Deng Xinhua, director of the group and dean of the Research Institute, accompanied the visit and discussion.
Li Rui and his party visited HEC R&D building and Cordyceps Sinensis laboratory, and listened to the R&D layout and R&D progress of HEC Pharmaceuticals. At the symposium, Tang Xinfa introduced in detail the industrial development of HEC Group, its own industrial resources and strength, and highlighted the advantages of HEC Group in the three major industrial fields of new electronic materials, biomedicine, and health care. In 2022, the group's operation maintained a good development trend, and its performance broke through a record high. HEC always insists on taking research and development as its core competitiveness, and covering the world with international standard sales, and will develop more steadily, faster and with higher quality in the future.
Li Xu, deputy mayor of Zunyi City, introduced the specific progress of the project after the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement between the Zunyi Municipal Government, Guangzhou Automobile Group and HEC Group. He hoped that the Zunyi Municipal Government and HEC Group will further deepen the cooperation space and boost the development of HEC with Zunyi.

Zhang Yushuai extended a warm welcome to the leaders of Zunyi City, Guizhou Province, and thanked the Zunyi Municipal Party Committee and Government for expressing their sincere gratitude for the support of HEC Group in Guizhou's industrial development in the past 18 years. Especially at the end of last year, the Zunyi Municipal Government signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Guangzhou Automobile Group and HEC Group to support Guangzhou Automobile Group and HEC Group in the deployment of new energy-related industries in Zunyi, Guizhou. At present, all work is progressing smoothly. The HEC Group will continue to expand investment in Zunyi in the future, so that more industries can take root in Zunyi, and better contribute to the social and economic development of Zunyi City.
