HEC Group and Dongyang Municipal Government Further Deepen Strategic Cooperation

On April 1, HEC Group and Dongyang Municipal Government signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Dongyang City. The two parties reached a cooperation on further expanding investment and building Dongyang base with high quality and high efficiency, and comprehensively raised the level of strategic cooperation. Lou Langjian, secretary of Dongyang Municipal Party Committee, Huang Shengke, mayor, and heads of relevant units, Zhang Yushuai, chairman of HEC Group, Lu Yuxin, rotating chairman of the board of directors, and Zhu Yingwei, director, attended the signing ceremony.

Based on the established good cooperation between the two parties, the Dongyang Municipal Government has decided to invest another 1 billion yuan to support the development and capitalization of HEC Biochemical Pharmaceuticals and Cordyceps sinensis. HEC Group has decided to build Dongyang base into the third largest production base of the group, with a total investment of not less than 5 billion yuan in the next five years, which will focuse on the development of electronic components industry with capacitors as the core, biological vaccines and cordyceps deep processing industries, set up new energy and biological preparation project research institutes, introduce high-end talents to Dongyang City, and improve the R&D and innovation capabilities of industrial development.
