On December 25, Chen Hong, Executive Deputy Mayor of Dongyang City, led the leaders of the Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Investment Promotion Center, Municipal State Investment Corporation, and Xiaoka Investment Company to visit HEC, and together with Chairman of HEC Group Zhang Yushuai, General Manager Tang Xinfa, Deputy General Manager Deng Xinhua and other staff of HEC held talks to witness the historical moment when HEC Group and Dongyang Municipal Government reached a comprehensive cooperation.
HEC Group and Dongyang Municipal Government signed a project investment cooperation agreement. HEC will set up HEC East China Regional Headquarters Base, East China Regional Sales Headquarters Center, and HEC Research Dean's Triangle Branch in Dongyang City to build a biomedicine and big health industrialization base.
Guangdong Sunshine Lake Pharma Co., Ltd. a subsidiary of HEC Group, signed an investment cooperation agreement with Dongyang State-owned Assets Investment Co., Ltd. and Dongyang Xiaoka Investment Management Co., Ltd. Dongyang State-owned Assets Investment Co., Ltd. and Dongyang Xiaoca Investment Management Co., Ltd. jointly contributed RMB 618 million to become the strategic shareholder of Guangdong Sunshine Lake Pharma Co., Ltd.
