On October 6, at Dinglanjun Shangyunli Hotel in Hangzhou, HEC Group officially signed a contract with Zhejiang Guangsha Basketball Club. HEC Group named Zhejiang Guangsha Men’s Basketball Team, an old strong team of CBA.
